Phoebe first joined The Church in 2021 as a runner, learning the ropes of what makes the studios such a unique recording space. After spending a couple of years freelancing across London as an assistant engineer, she returned to The Church last year as the Bookings Manager.

During her time as an assistant, Phoebe worked with artists including Elmiene, Jess Glynne, Mark Foster, and The Rolling Stones. Her combined experience in both engineering and bookings gives her a well-rounded perspective on the day-to-day running of a studio like The Church.

Outside of the office, Phoebe has a deep love for country music. She spent three years living in Nashville before returning to London and continues to maintain strong ties with the city - particularly through her work promoting and showcasing female songwriters in both Nashville and London.
